2. Information on this website
We try to keep descriptions, photos, itineraries and facilities accurate, but they are for general information and may change. Photos are illustrative. Conditions in the desert, such as weather, heat and road or track access, can affect what is possible on a given day.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing by email or WhatsApp.
- Prices and what is included: prices start from €50 per person. The final price depends on the camp, the length of stay and the activities you choose, and we confirm it in writing before you book.
- Deposit and payment methods: PROVIDE AFTER RESERVATION
- Cancellation and changes: you can cancel up to 3 days before your arrival date.
- If we have to change or cancel because of weather, safety or access: It is not our responsibility.
4. Travelling in the desert
A stay or trek in the Sahara involves heat, sun, uneven terrain, long drives and basic conditions away from towns. Guests are responsible for following guide instructions and for their own health, fitness and equipment. We recommend suitable travel and health insurance.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photos and design of this website belong to Atta Desert Camp or its licensors. Please ask us before reusing them.
