- Enquiries: when you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and message.
- Direct contact: if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit, collected through our hosting provider’s server logs and website analytics.

- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or booking;
- to organise your stay, transfers and activities;
- to keep our website secure and prevent spam;
- to understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data.

- web hosting (Hostinger vps cloud);
- Google Analytics for visitor statistics;
- Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection on forms;
- Google Maps for the map on our contact page, and Google Fonts;
- email delivery for messages sent from the website;
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through the chat link.
Our pages also link to external sites such as Facebook, TripAdvisor and Booking.com. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
